Guide to the Proper Blessings for Foods

The Talmud says "One who derives benefit from this world without first making a blessing is guilty of sinfully stealing from G-d."
If a person makes the wrong blessing on a food, it is as if he has not made a blessing at all, or worse yet, his blessing is a blessing in vain.
Therefore, every Jew needs to make a proper blessing before eating any food and after finishing his food. We need to thank G-d for all His kindness in supplying us with all our needs. We need to make at least 100 blessings a day.
This booklet contains over 1000 foods with the proper blessings to make on them. If a Jew makes 100 blessings a day, in an average lifetime one will make over two and a half million blessings.
This booklet is a public service to the community.
The blessings compiled in this booklet for each and every food listing was checked according to Halachah.
